Welcome to TechSavvyGuides (including its subdomains, Content, and Marks, the “Platform”) or our mobile application (the “App”). The Platform and App together form “Our Services”). Please review these Terms of Use before using Our Services to understand your legal rights and obligations regarding us (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’). By visiting or using the Platform, or by downloading, accessing, or using the App, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding legal agreement with us and have read and agree to comply with these Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy available here (the ‘Terms’). You waive any rights to require an original (non-electronic) signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records to the extent not prohibited by applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

    We reserve the right, at our discretion, to revise these Terms at any time. Revisions will become effective ten (10) days after posting the updated Terms on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform thereafter constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

  3. Platform Access
    We grant you permission to visit and use the Platform while these Terms remain in effect, provided you comply with these Terms and applicable law.

  4. Use Restrictions

    (i) Copy, distribute, display, mirror, frame, or modify any portion of the Platform, Content, or Marks without our prior written consent;
    (ii) Use, modify, create derivative works of, transfer (by sale, resale, license, sublicense, download, or otherwise), reproduce, distribute, display, or disclose Content, except as expressly permitted herein;
    (iii) Disrupt servers or networks connected to the Platform;
    (iv) Use or launch any automated system (including “robots” or “spiders”) to access the Platform; and/or
    (v) Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform.

  5. Intellectual Property Rights
    5.1 Content and Marks
    The content on the Platform, including text, articles, products, software, graphics, photos, videos, trademarks, logos, interactive features, and services (collectively, the “Materials”), and User Submissions, are owned, controlled, or licensed by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Platform, logo, and other marks are our Marks. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to the Platform and Content.

5.2 Content Use
Content is provided for your personal use only and may not be used, modified, copied, distributed, or exploited for other purposes without our prior written consent. If you download or print Content, you must retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

  1. Third-Party Sources and Content
    6.1 The Platform allows you to access and use content from third-party sources (“Third Party Content”) that we do not control.
    6.2 We have no control over any Third-Party Sources. We do not assume responsibility for the content, terms of use, privacy policies, actions, or practices of any third-party sources.
    6.3 By using the Platform, you may encounter Third-Party Content that may be inaccurate or offensive. You interact with these third parties at your own risk.

  2. User Submissions
    7.1 Responsibility
    You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and their consequences. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, remove, or delete any User Submissions at our discretion.
    7.2 Ownership
    You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Submissions.
    7.3 License to User Submissions
    By submitting User Submissions, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your submissions as part of the Platform.
    7.4 Prohibited Content
    You agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, or infringes upon intellectual property rights.
    7.5 Exposure
    You understand that by using the Platform, you may be exposed to User Submissions from other users and agree to waive any claims against us related to such content.

  3. User Profile
    You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during the registration process. You agree to keep your login details confidential and change your password regularly. We may deny or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

  4. Information Accuracy
    We strive to ensure the accuracy of the Platform’s content, but we cannot guarantee its reliability, completeness, or error-free nature. We reserve the right to modify content at our discretion without prior notice.

  5. Disclosure
    We reserve the right to access, preserve, and disclose your information as required by law, to enforce these Terms, and to protect our users or the public.

  6. Links
    The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You are solely responsible for your use of these websites.

  7. Privacy
    We use personal information collected on the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  8. Warranty Disclaimers
    The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from bugs, security breaches, or errors.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to $1,000.

  10. Indemnity
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TechSavvyGuides, its affiliates, and its officers from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

  11. Term and Termination
    These Terms are effective until terminated by us or you. We may terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.

  12. Independent Contractors
    You and we are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership or employment relationship between you and us.

  13. Assignment
    These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by us without notice.

  14. General
    We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the Platform. These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
